Voiced by Sumire Uesaka (Japanese) and Corinne Sudberg (English)

Konami Amanatsu in Makeine: Too Many Loser Heroines

Konami Amanatsu is Nukumizu's homeroom teacher and also a history teacher at Tsuwabuki High School. She is clumsy and rather odd for someone who deals with high school students. Konami acts rather drunk (despite not being drunk), complains about her lonely love life, and constantly forgets important things like who her students are.

“Miss Amanatsu,” as she is called by her students, has little importance in Make surethe story so far, but he has proven to be a fun character who stands out as comic relief in a show that already exemplifies good bits of humor in other characters. For example, when he finds Lemon and Nukumizu in a compromising position, instead of putting an end to it (like a normal teacher would), he just stares at them soullessly and indifferently and proceeds to simply close the door in their faces.

Ms. Konuki, like Ms. Amanatsu, is a rather inquisitive high school employee. She openly encourages the students (especially Nukumizu) to engage in romantic activities and even pursues their relationships in a way that a person would do with their favorite fictional characters. Viewers are simply left wondering what her thought process is, as she goes so far as to record conversations between students to keep track of who is interested in whom.

However, she is surprisingly altruistic and caring, despite being a romantic rival with Chika Komari, and her relationship with Shintaro is one of the funniest in the series.

Despite his genuine care for others, he can also be very obtuse when expressing his feelings. For example, he mistakenly assumes that a poorly worded joke is an appropriate way to ask someone out, which is detrimental to his relationship with Koto. However, Shintaro admits his mistakes and makes an admirable effort to be more communicative in the future.

Shikiya could become a fan-favorite waifu based on the novelty of her personality alone.

Shikiya is a strange but amusing character, as his good looks do not match his personality. He has very little energy, tends to speak in a terse manner, staggers like a zombie, and tends to invade other people's personal space. Shikiya also has the disturbing habit of rarely blinking (immediately noticed by Nukumizu), which only adds to his creepy behavior.

2 Kazuhiko Nukumizu is pushed out of his comfort zone

Voiced by Shuichiro Umeda (Japanese) and Kevin Thelwell (English)

Nukumizu becomes the unfortunate soul that Anna begins to vent her feelings to, and she later begins to hang around him more and more at school, much to his chagrin. Anna Yanami is the first of the “loser heroines” to be introduced, and the one who is given the most attention and screen time. As a result, the audience sees more sides to her personality. On the surface, Anna seems rather ditzy and unaware of herself and comes across as rather silly and confident, but she has a charming and infectious smile. Her unserious personality makes her a fun and incredibly endearing character.

While her unruly silliness is part of her charm, Anna also knows when to take things seriously. Despite doing things like trauma-dumping and unwittingly making Nukumizu pay for meals, he's actually quite emotionally intelligent and insightfuloften picking up on the relationship problems of the girls around her and insisting on helping them however she can (dragging Nukumizu into it too).
