Tim Robinson Shares Promising Update on the Future of the Acclaimed Netflix Series

Acclaimed comedian and series creator Tim Robinson discusses the future of I think you should go away on Netflix.



Speaking to Collider, Robinson answered the question of whether there would be more I think you should go away in the future with, “It's not over. I don't think it's over..” While Robinson said he couldn't comment on whether he and series co-creator Zach Kanin were currently writing sketches for a potential fourth season of the popular Netflix sketch comedy, he responded with “It's right,” when asked if fans of I think you should go away should be in good spirits about the direction the show is going.


I think you should go away premiered on Netflix in 2019 to largely positive reviews from critics and audiences. The series' unique brand of awkward and absurd humor garnered a slew of responses that praised the series for its irreverent, dry, and often unnerving sketches. In its first three seasons, I think you should go away featured a series of guest stars including Vice Presidentby Sam Richardson, SNL icon Tim Meadows and fan-favorite character actor Biff Wiff.

In 2022, the series was nominated for several Primetime Emmy Awards, including Outstanding Short Form Comedy, Drama or Variety Series and Outstanding Actor in a Short Form Comedy or Drama Series for Robinson himself, the latter of which he won.
