October will be dominated by Bleach once again because of the return of the Thousand-Year Blood War Arc. The arc has been a massive success thus far. It has received a great deal of praise for its animation and action. The first two seasons of the Thousand-Year Blood War showcased incredible fights that manga readers had been eagerly awaiting for over a decade. Part 3 will continue this trend with several highly anticipated battles.

Part 3’s most anticipated fights will see Captain-level Soul Reapers taking on Yhwach’s elite Quincy, but some of the fights will be between two Quincy. Yhwach will fight more than once in Part 3, but he will be far more powerful this time around. Most of these fights will stand out because they include new Bankai and stunning character moments. A Fitting Conclusion To The Fight That Began In Part 2

Yhwach battled Ichibe of Squad Zero when he invaded the Soul King’s Palace. Unfortunately, he found himself overwhelmed by Ichibe’s Zanpakuto, Ichimonji. This ancient blade cut Yhwach’s power in half and its Bankai release essentially turned the Quincy King into an ant. The second season of the Thousand-Year Blood War ended with Yhwach being squished by Ichibe’s Kido, but their fight is far from over.

Part 3 will begin right where Part 2 ended, but this time, Yhwach will be in complete control of the fight. Bleach fans will finally get to see The Almighty used in battle and they will witness Ichibe’s strongest technique. This titanic battle will end fairly quickly unless the anime extends it, but the conclusion will be shocking no matter what because someone gets obliterated.

Yoruichi Demonstrates Why She Is Called “The Flash Goddess”

Askin Nakk Le Vaar is part of Yhwach’s elite guard and has the power to kill anyone with poison. When Ichigo’s group invades Yhwach’s new palace, Askin runs into Chad and Orohime, and would have killed them if Yoruichi had not appeared. She activates her Shunko and uses a new technique to hit Askin with a massive explosion, but he survives because of his Shrift.

As the fight continues, Kisuke Urahara arrives to help Yoruichi. He uses a special piece of paper to transform Yoruichi into her perfected Shunko form. This form is elegant and extremely fast and powerful. Yoruichi is one of Bleach‘s best female characters and this fight allows her to shine for the first time since her fight with Sui-Feng. This fight will also demonstrate why Yoruichi is revered as “The Flash Goddess.”

8 Jugram Vs. Bazz Will Be A Surprisingly Emotional Affair

A Battle Between Former Friends

Jugram is the Grandmaster of the Sternritter and Bazz-B is a lethal Sternritter who can manipulate intense flames. After Yhwach annihilated the low-ranking Sternritter with Auswahlen, Bazz-B and some of the remaining Sternritter agree to work with the Soul Reapers in order to kill Yhwach. This ultimately leads to a confrontation between him and Jugram.

Many Bleach fans will find this fight emotional because it will include a flashback that reveals Jugram and Bazz-B’s past friendship. They met centuries ago as children and later trained together for five years because they both wanted to kill Yhwach for destroying their childhood home. Unfortunately, Jugram was selected to be Yhwach’s second-in-command. This fight does not last long, but it will be intense, and it will make fans like Bazz-B.

7 Izuru Vs. Lille Shows Just How Strong The Lieutenant Is

Izuru Faces A God With No Fear In His Heart

Izuru was one of the Thousand-Year Blood War‘s first casualties. Bazz-B used his Schrift to destroy a large chunk of Izuru’s upper torso during the initial Quincy invasion, Most fans assumed he died, but he survived thanks to Captain Kurotsuchi. Izuru will return to the battlefield in Part 3 with a slightly different body and a darker personality. He ultimately saves the Soul Society from Lille Barro’s god-tier clones.

At this point in the arc, Lille has revealed his second Quincy: Vollstandig transformation and has sent his clones to destroy the Soul Society in order to get revenge on Shunsui Kyoraku. Izuru steps up and kills one of these clones before stopping two more with his Shikai. This fight may be extremely short, but it proves that Izuru is one of the strongest Lieutenants. There is a good chance the anime will extend this fight so Izuru can defeat all of Lille’s clones himself.

6 Urahara Vs. Askin Is A Decent Fight Between Strategic Fighters

A Fan Favorite Soul Reaper Finally Reveals His Bankai

When Yoruichi’s true form wears off, Kisuke decides to fight Askin himself. When their fight begins, Askin is already using his Quincy: Vollstandig, but this does not stop Kisuke from attacking him head on. Unfortunately, Kisuke loses his eyesight when Askin hits him in the face with his Gift Ring technique. This minor inconvenience prompts Kisuke to use his Bankai for the very first time.

He regains his vision because Kannonbiraki Benihime Aratame has the power to restructure and repair anything within its reach. The restructuring effect can also tear apart an enemy’s body. This fight may include a never-before-seen Bankai, but fans will also like it because it focuses on two strategic fighters trying to outmaneuver each other. Not only that, a beloved former villain returns to land a gruesome finishing blow on Askin.

5 Uryu Vs. Jugram Is A Battle Between Yhwach’s Favorite Quincy

Two Of The Strongest Shrifts Go Up Against Each Other

Bleach fans were stunned when Uryu joined forces with Yhwach and the Sternritter, and they were even more shocked when Yhwach named him as his successor. Part 3 will likely reveal Uryu’s true intentions, which means he will fight Jugram in Yhwach’s new palace. This will be a battle between two elite Quincy and it will reveal just how powerful their respective Schrifts are.

This fight pits Uryu’s archery skills against Jugram’s swordsmanship, and his shield comes into play in a significant way. Uryu finally reveals The Antithesis, which allows him to reverse damage between two individuals, and Jugram reverses Uryu’s reversal with The Balance. This fight does not have a definitive winner because it gets interrupted by Yhwach, but it is a fun and bloody affair.

4 Mayuri Vs. Pernida Pits Evolution Against Science

Mayuri Reveals The Extent Of His Modified Bankai

Captain Kurotsuchi and Pernida have already been involved in some of the Thousand-Year Blood War’s most violent fights and will clash in Part 3. In fact, Kurotsuchi saves Kenpachi Zaraki from Pernida, who is actually the sentient left hand of the Soul King. It has the power to destroy other beings with its nerves, but its true power lies in its ability to govern its own evolution. In doing, Pernida can alter its body to accommodate any situation.

Captain Kurotsuchi is known for his scientific fighting style, frequently deploying elaborate inventions against his opponents. This fight is no different, as Kurotsuchi reveals his modified Bankai, which is capable of countering any ability. This fight is ultimately a battle between science and evolution and it gets pretty bloody. Nemu has always been a side character, but she plays a major role in this fight and her relationship with Captain Kurotsuchi is finally revealed.

3 Ichigo Vs. Yhwach 2 Will Be More Evenly Matched

A Rematch With Massive Ramifications

Ichigo will have his long-awaited rematch with Yhwach in Part 3. Their first fight was a visual spectacle, but Yhwach dominated the entire exchange. This rematch will ultimately have the same result, but it will be a bit more evenly matched. It is worth noting that Orihime helps Ichigo at various points throughout the fight with her shield, but the battle can still be considered a one-on-one spiritual slugfest.

This fight will get a lot of attention because Ichigo uses a brand new Hollow transformation, as well as his true Bankai. Yhwach takes a lot of hits, but The Almighty proves to be too much for Ichigo to handle as both his sword and spirit get broken. Shunsui will also reveal his true power when he releases his Bankai for the first time.

This Bankai is depression personified, but it is incredibly powerful, and it will leave Lille in a furious state. Nanao helps Shunsui in the final moments of the battle. Up until this point, Nanao seemed to be the weakest Lieutenant because she lacks a Zanpakuto. However, she reveals a secret weapon designed to destroy gods. This battle may have dark themes, but it reaches a satisfying conclusion, showcasing several incredible abilities.

1 Gerard Vs. Kenpachi, Toshiro And Byakuya Has The Potential To Break The Internet

An Overpowered Quincy Faces Multiple Bankai One After The Other

Gerard Valkyrie is the sentient heart of the Soul King and will battle a multitude of characters at the same time. After defeating the Visored with ease, Gerard faces Kenpachi, Byakuya, and Toshiro. Manga fans have been waiting for this fight for years and it will definitely break the internet. Gerard will become a colossal, seemingly invincible Norse warrior and all three Captains will show their true power.

Fans all over the world will cheer when Kenpachi activates his Bankai for the first time, and they will be in awe of his appearance. Toshiro will finally use his perfected Bankai, and in doing so, he will demonstrate why Hyorinmaru is the strongest ice-type Zanpakuto. Byakuya will then step in to eviscerate Gerard with Senbonzakura’s new Senkei form. Gerard is a true monster because he somehow survives all of these attacks, but he never tastes victory.
