333 Studios has released the Gamescom 2024 trailer for its upcoming horror-adventure game Retrieval. This trailer mainly features in-engine cutscenes and a few gameplay snippets. And as you'll see, it looks great.
In Retrieval, players are immersed in a deep narrative full of unexpected twists and turns, tackling themes of friendship, love, loyalty, and horror. Players take on the role of Hana Loshe, the leader of a research team on the distant planet Ryhalian.
According to the Steam store page, players can expect gripping gameplay, an immersive narrative, and extensive character development.
The developers claim that the game will feature atmospheric and stunning graphics from NVIDIA. I don't know what that really means since Retrieval will be using Unreal Engine 5. So are we getting ray tracing? Or are we just getting support for DLSS 3? And how is NVIDIA taking care of the graphics?
There is currently no estimated release date for Retrieval, but we will of course keep you updated.
Enjoy the trailer and stay tuned for more!
