The Batman Returns to Theaters Ahead of HBO's The Penguin Debut

Warner Bros. Pictures is bringing The Batman back in select theaters for a special one-night event to commemorate the upcoming HBO original series The Penguin. On Wednesday, August 28, moviegoers in the United States will be able to have the chance to relive Gotham City as it was reimagined with Robert Pattinson as BatmanOn that date or shortly before, the film will return to theaters around the world.




Preview screenings will be added to a special behind-the-scenes look at the making of the film The Penguinincluding a Q&A with series star Colin Farrell and the key creators, including executive producers Matt Reeves and Dylan Clark, Lauren LeFranc, who also serves as showrunner, and Craig Zobel, who directed the first three episodes.
