YouTube's GameRiot has released a video showcasing 30 minutes of gameplay footage from the latest PC preview build of Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2. For this gameplay footage, GameRiot used an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 and ran the game at 4K and Ultra/Max settings.
Unfortunately, GameRiot hasn't added a performance overlay, so we don't know the RTX 4090's frame rates at 4K/Ultra. However, since these are PC gameplay recordings, I'm sure many of our readers will be interested.
In Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2, you take on the role of a mighty Space Marine, one of the Emperor's greatest warriors. The game promises fantastic skills and really powerful weapons to wipe out the Tyranid enemies. You can also use your skills and defeat relentless hordes.
Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2 is powered by Saber Interactive's proprietary engine. This engine was also used in World War Z, which ran very well on PC, so we're excited to see how this new Warhammer game will run with its dozens of enemies that can appear on screen.
Focus Entertainment will release Space Marine 2 on September 9th. You can find the official PC system requirements here.
Have fun and stay tuned for more!
