It's crazy to think about because I never thought I'd be playing the character for 15 years,” Stan detailed his journey, explaining his experience with comics. “I didn't grow up with comics, so I fell in love with them at that time, and I was really amazed at how much Comics capture many things about the world in a different way. Sometimes even asking certain questions that we are able to ask, and I think I appreciated that.”

The actor also lost his iconic line, “How can I? You're carrying all the stupidity around with you,” which his character and Chris Evans' Steve Rogers have said on multiple occasions, most recently in 2019. Avengers: Endgame. Instead, the actor guessed Captain America: Civil War. “I think both Chris Evans and I had that line, so…” He continued, “Actually, a lot of fans remind me of this phrase often. That one is “I'll be with you until the end of the line.”” He further explained the filming for the iconic movie and the secrecy involved. Since the MCU is known for keeping secrets until a project is pitched, many actors had no idea how Final it would end.

“This was the scene where there is a kind of goodbye, which was a scene I knew we were shooting that day,” Stan admitted. “The way we shot that movie was really interesting because a lot of us didn't get scripts. Some people even got fake scripts.,” Stan recalled, as the Russo brothers confirmed that Tom Holland had not received a script, as he was known to ruin movies. “I remember that day, I showed up and I saidIt was the day I learned that Anthony would become Captain America..” The actor will star in his first film in the next Captain America: Brave New World.

After guessing Bucky's line “Who the hell is Bucky” from Captain America: The Winter SoldierStan revealed how Bucky resembles the rest of the Thunderbolts team members. “He's constantly evolving, you know, like the rest of us, I guess. And that's kind of the fun with him now in this new movie. [Thunderbolts*] because he's surrounded by a team of very degenerate antagonists. They're not entirely different from him, I think, in a way,” he explained.
