Well, it looks like we have good news and bad news for you today. Saber Interactive has confirmed that Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2 will not have Denuvo. The new Harry Potter game, Harry Potter: Quidditch Champion, will, however.
Harry Potter: Quidditch Champion is published by Warner Bros. So the inclusion of Denuvo should come as no surprise. Still, this is something that might put off most PC Harry Potter fans,
As for Space Marine 2, that game is published by Focus Entertainment. Focus has never used Denuvo in its PC releases. At least not in the vast majority of them. So that's no surprise here either.
It will be interesting to see how these two games do on PC. We know there are a lot of fans for Space Marine 2. And as for Harry Potter: Quidditch Champion. It seems like a cool sports game, but I'm not personally sold on it. Still, I hope it does well.
Speaking of Denuvo, yesterday we informed you about its inclusion in Sid Meier's Civilization VII.
Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2 is out on September 9. The game is powered by Saber Interactive's proprietary engine. This engine was also used in World War Z, which ran very well on PC. And according to some early reports, it could be a bit demanding on the maximum settings.
Harry Potter: Quidditch Champion will be released on September 3rd. You can find the official PC requirements here.
