PI For Hire just got a short but nice gameplay trailer

Remember Fumi Games' Mouse? You know. The black and white first person shooter with Disney-like cartoon graphics? Well, the game has been renamed Mouse: PI For Hire. Plus, you can find a new gameplay trailer for it below.

Mouse: PI For Hire will look like the cartoons from the 1930s, with a touch of noir. The game is all about the story and will take you on a thrilling adventure through a city full of danger and corruption.

In this game, you take on the role of private detective John Mouston. You can use cool mid-century weapons like revolver, Tommy Gun, hammer, carcano and dynamite. And yes, you can also solve puzzles and face various challenges.

Players will embark on a quest for justice in a noir city engulfed in chaos, corruption, and pulsating energy. All sorts of cool weapons, power-ups, and explosives will be at your disposal in your quest. The game also promises to be playful and fun. Enemies will also act like characters from cartoons, adding a fun twist to traditional FPS gameplay.

PlaySide plans to release the game sometime in 2025. Back in April 2024, the publisher also shared some preliminary minimum requirements, so be sure to check them out.

Mouse: PI For Hire is a game I'm really looking forward to, so I'm crossing my fingers that it's worth the wait.

Enjoy the trailer and stay tuned for more!
