Path of Exile 2 will have a massively improved graphics and physics engine. And as I said, it looks better than Diablo 4. In addition, the game will have 19 new ascension classes. These characters are a new group of exiles who fall into the same class archetypes as those in the original game.
It's also worth noting that Path of Exile 2 will no longer be an expansion to Path of Exile 1. Instead, Path of Exile 2 will be a new standalone game with separate game balance, systems, and future expansions. At least your purchases will still be shared between both games, though.
PoE 2 will feature two control methods on PC. Players can use a traditional point-and-click system or WADS controls. And honestly, I'm pretty excited to see what the WADS controls will be like.
Finally, the game will support cross-play and cross-progression between consoles and PC, so you can play with your friends no matter what platform they play on.
Enjoy!
