Not only that, but in the most recent dev blog regarding itemization in League of Legends Season 13,Riot have revealed that they’re going to be updating the bot lane items, to give players more satisfaction when they play bot laners.

Enchanter items are also getting some changes, with a whole new item being introduced in the next League of Legends Patch as well, while Imperial Mandate is being re-classified as a legendary item. But other items like Moonstone Renewer are also getting adjustments this midseason update.
