Leaked gameplay of Crazy Taxi Remake & Shinobi Remake

In case you didn't know, SEGA is working on official remakes of some of its classic games, including Crazy Taxi and Shinobi. And it looks like some gameplay footage from both of them has surfaced online.

Before we go any further, we should note that these videos are a work in progress. These two remakes are still in development, so the videos do not reflect the quality of their final versions. Nevertheless, I am sure most SEGA fans will be interested in them.

Shinobi Remake seems to be more advanced than the Crazy Taxi remake. Shinobi Remake will be a 2D game and already looks great. From what I see, players will be able to double jump, climb walls, fight enemies, and use their sword to open switches.

The prototype for Crazy Taxi Remake, on the other hand, is a bit more crude. Reports say that this remake/reboot will have both single-player and multiplayer modes. So this leaked gameplay is from the MP mode. In this mode, MP players have to drive their customers faster than everyone else. Again, this is a WIP video, so don't be too harsh on it.

There is currently no estimated release date for these remakes, but we will of course keep you updated.

Have fun and stay tuned for more!
