MachineGames, known for its exhilarating reinvention of the The Wolf of Wolfenstein series, has been working on his next adaptation of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. The game is a first-person shooter that takes players on a globe-spanning adventure, from the dust-swept dunes of Egypt to the lush, humid forests of Thailand, in classic Indy style. And producer Geoff Keighley announced on X that the game will be showcased at Gamescom.

New leaks suggest that Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will have a release date sometime next week. The world’s largest gaming trade show, Gamescom, is set to kick off on August 20, bringing with it a host of new games you won’t want to miss. And, as Keighley, best known for his work at the Summer Games Fest, confirmed, the game will be showcased at Gamescom Opening Night Live.
Microsoft Game Pass subscribers will be able to play it from day one
Details on what will be shown are scarce, but what is confirmed is that the game will be part of Microsoft’s screenings at the European gaming expo. As Microsoft’s most hyped AAA exclusive game, it’s safe to assume that fans will be treated to a new trailer and release date. Reports suggest that Bethesda is aiming for a December launch, and players who are subscribed to Microsoft’s GamePass service will have the chance to play it on day one. The game is set to launch exclusively on Microsoft’s Series X and S consoles, as well as PC, hopefully to bolster Xbox’s lackluster catalog of exclusives.
