PQube and Dual Effect have revealed 24 minutes of gameplay for their upcoming survival horror game Tormented Souls 2. Tormented Souls 2 is powered by Unreal Engine 5 and is inspired by the classic Resident Evil games. It will also feature fixed camera angles.
This extended gameplay presentation offers a glimpse into the game's world. Heroine Caroline Walker embarks on a harrowing journey to save her sister from a mysterious illness.
This first reveal shows the haunting beauty of the carefully crafted environments. In addition, the developers promise to take the horror experience to a level never seen before. At least that's what the press release says.
In this game, Caroline can only fight her enemies with improvised weapons. Players will experience a breathtaking experience that is said to be three times the size of the original Tormented Souls.
Tormented Souls 2 also promises a haunting atmosphere, intricate puzzles, terrifying enemies and a harrowing story. Players can also look forward to gruesome psychological horror, intense combat, relentless tension and nightmarish settings.
PQube will release the game on PC in 2025.
Have fun and stay tuned for more!
